Welcome!


I want to start by acknowledging how challenging it can be to experience a panic attack. Although I’ve never had a panic attack myself, I’ve learned how to best support some of the people I love the most through them.Β 


And so it’s my hope that through this meditation, I’ll help guide you back to a state of peace when things feel overwhelming.Β 


You are not alone, I’m here with you, and together, we will settle these turbulent waters.
