I want to start by acknowledging how challenging it can be to experience a panic attack. Although Iβve never had a panic attack myself, Iβve learned how to best support some of the people I love the most through them.Β
And so itβs my hope that through this meditation, Iβll help guide you back to a state of peace when things feel overwhelming.Β
